Refund policy
Some RFLCT pieces ship from existing stock. Others are made to order. The policy differs depending on which you've purchased, check your order confirmation if you're unsure.
Damaged on arrival If your piece arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will assess and resolve it. We do not argue about this.
Wrong item received If you receive the wrong product, contact us on WhatsApp immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Made to order items Because every piece is built specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order products once production has begun. If you need to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
In-stock items Items that ship from existing stock may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Contact WhatsApp only, all return and refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp with photographic evidence where applicable.
