Care
Instructions

RFLCT pieces are built to last. Treat them accordingly.

01
Use a microfibre cloth
Dry or lightly dampened. Wipe in one direction — no circular motions, no paper towels, no rough cloths.
02
Mild glass cleaner only
No ammonia-based products. No bleach. No abrasive sprays. Spray onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror.
03
Avoid the edges
Moisture at the mirror edges causes black spots over time. Keep cleaning solutions away from the perimeter. Wipe dry immediately if moisture touches the edge.
01
Wood frames
Dry cloth only. No water, no solvent. If the finish dulls over time, a small amount of matte black furniture wax restores it.
02
Resin frames
Damp cloth, no abrasive. Resin scratches — never use scouring pads or rough materials on the frame surface.
03
Steel hardware
Dry immediately after any contact with moisture. A light application of metal wax every few months prevents oxidation.
Wall fixing
Use the supplied hardware. If drilling into concrete or masonry, use appropriate rawl plugs. Do not hang from plasterboard alone on heavy pieces.
Direct sunlight
Avoid placing mirrors where direct sunlight will hit the surface for extended periods. Prolonged UV exposure can affect frame finishes and backing.
Humidity
Bathrooms are fine for most pieces. High-humidity rooms accelerate edge oxidation — wipe condensation from the mirror surface regularly.
LED pieces
Do not attempt to replace the LED strip yourself. Contact us on WhatsApp if the lighting fails — we will advise or repair.
